Plum Grove Equestrian Center's Construction is Complete!

Plum Grove is Building a
NEW Equestrian Center!
Plum Grove Equestrian Center's new facility will include 17 box stalls, two tack rooms, a large heated viewing room, hot and cold water wash stall, and a 72' by 160' indoor riding arena.
We broke ground December 2009!
October 2009
Cleared and escavated two acres of land
December 2009
Center Hill Barns (www.centerhillbarns.com) began construction! Footings were poured and poles were in the ground before the first major frost.
January 2010
We cleaned up the land and prepared for construction.
February 2010
The poles were reinforced and the sides of the building were framed. The trusses were delivered and braced together in sets - ready to be lifted up.
March 2010
3/6 - The trusses were lifted up onto the indoor.

3/6 - The road from the existing driveway to the new barn and indoor is being excavated by Russ and Mark. Crushed asphalt has been brought in and will be spread with Russ' new Case to create a new road!
3/10 - The roof has been braced and is ready for steel!
3/12 - The roof of the indoor riding arena is completed. The sides of the indoor riding arena have been braced and prepared for siding. The viewing room is framed.
